Leadership Lab

Leadership Lab is a training program for nonprofit leaders in Allen County. Its innovative approach helps nonprofit leaders develop adaptive leadership skills through in-person and out-of-classroom work, plus experiential learning opportunities.

Executive Leader Program

The Executive Leader Program is currently a currently a nine-month program that:

  • Is tailored to the experience level of executive leaders.

  • Is focused on building "adaptive leadership" skills.

  • Intentionally includes a small cohort, allowing leaders to take a deeper dive and be vulnerable with each other.

  • Includes all-day, in-person sessions once a month, as well as out-of-classroom work, and experiential learning opportunities.

  • Includes one-on-one executive coaching outside of monthly sessions.

Participation is by invitation only.
