Five with Foellinger
When there’s so much at stake for Allen County youth and families, it’s more important than ever that we challenge ourselves as leaders. Our community needs us to become innovative thinkers—and our leaders need to be given the resources do so. Foellinger Foundation’s Barbara Burt Innovative Leader Fund does just that.
That’s why we created Five with Foellinger, an original web series highlighting important leadership topics like board culture, succession planning, diversity, and more—all in five minutes or less.
“Five with Foellinger” is an initiative of the Barbara Burt Innovative Leader Fund, which was founded in 2016 to honor her trailblazing leadership—and to create more opportunities for Allen County leaders to follow in her footsteps. This fund has historically presented conferences, workshops, and seminars that encourage innovative thinking and adaptive leadership skills. While we may not be able to gather in person at this time, leaders still need these critical resources. This online format presents a safe and effective way to share and exchange ideas.
