Foellinger Foundation strives to help Allen County residents increase their self-reliance by moving from dependence to independence, to building community through recognition of their interdependence. The Foundation does this by providing grants and technical assistance to strengthen organizations that serve children and their families, particularly those children and families with the greatest economic need and the least opportunity. Beginning in 2019, the Foundation will implement a new evaluation system that better aligns this vision with the outputs and outcomes measured and reported by organizations that receive Foellinger Foundation support. The new evaluation system is supported by a number of documents that are presented below.
