We have a long history of investing in leadership training programs for nonprofit executives, staff, and boards! We continue to adapt and evolve our programming to meet the needs of these leaders.

The CEO Retreat provides a dedicated opportunity for the CEOs of Foellinger Foundation grantees to step away from their fast-paced, urgent daily tasks and engage in self-reflection, connection, growth, and renewal.

Leadership Lab
Leadership Lab

Leadership Lab was a training program for executive and rising nonprofit leaders in Allen County. Its innovative approach helped nonprofit leaders develop adaptive leadership skills through in-person and out-of-classroom work, plus experiential learning opportunities.

Sonder Fellowship
Sonder Fellowship

The Sonder Fellowship was a leadership training program for BIPOC leaders, by BIPOC leaders, who are living, working, or serving in Southeast Fort Wayne. The program combined individual leadership development with asset-based community development (ABCD) to support opportunities that position the southeast quadrant of Fort Wayne to thrive.
