Listening. Learning. Leading.

At 520 East Berry Street sits a building, a shell, that has been empty, dormant and dead for months. The third week in September, that building blossomed back to life! Infused with fresh (masked) faces filled with hope and anticipation and imagination for the personal leadership journey that lies ahead, Foellinger welcomed the newest members of the HFLDI Leadership Lab.

In this month’s blog, we are pleased to highlight the voices of the warriors in our community who are battling the real challenges day in and day out. The week of September 21st, the Foellinger Foundation was honored to welcome thirty-four exceptional individuals to the 2020/2021 HFLDI – Leadership Lab, Rising and Executive Leader Programs.

These folks hail from all corners of the nonprofit sector and all corners of our community.  They are primed with hope, enthusiasm and electricity for the future. After completing their first session of this twelve-month program, here are some of their thoughts and feelings:

As the Leadership Lab progresses, we will continue to bring voices to the table to share insights and experiences from a first-person perspective. For so long, the Foellinger Foundation has served as a voice for the nonprofit sector. We are thrilled to move in this direction that will turn the microphone over to our nonprofit leaders and let their stories be amplified in their own words!

Please stay connected for future blog posts and social media releases featuring the incredible nonprofit leaders in this community.
