A 12-Month Journey: Foellinger Foundation Leadership Lab
On Thursday, November 19, Foellinger Foundation was proud to host the premiere of The Journey, an original documentary about the Leadership Lab, part of the Helene Foellinger Leadership Development Initiative. The 33-minute film follows four participants through their year-long experience in the program.
The Journey highlights the Leadership Lab’s innovative approach to helping nonprofit leaders develop adaptive leadership skills, through in-person and out-of-classroom work, plus experiential learning opportunities.
In addition to the screening, the event included a panel discussion with the participants featured in the film.
