We support Allen County nonprofit organizations that are mission-driven, well-governed, and results-oriented—with a particular emphasis on those who serve individuals with the greatest economic need and least opportunity.
Early Childhood, Youth, and Family Development
We support Allen County nonprofits that address early childhood, youth, and family development needs per Guide to Program Outcomes for the specific board-approved goals for each area.
Community Interests
Programs and projects that address broader community issues that benefit Fort Wayne and Allen County residents are important to us.
Capacity Building
We offer grants to support activities that promote board-driven organizational effectiveness—like financial sustainability, board governance, succession planning, and more. There are four types of capacity building grants—Transform, Renew, Inspire, and Breakthrough.
