Thursday, June 19th, 2025: Session Two

Self-awareness is an inner genius because workplaces are incubators of emotions that require individuals to employ emotional labor. The latest research has shown that 75% of leaders believe they are self-aware, but in reality, only 15% have a solid perspective on who they are and how they are showing up in the world. Leaders who are seen as authentic generate higher levels of loyalty, creativity, and productivity among their co-workers. Led by Ritch Hochstetler, CEO of ULEAD and Darrell Gascho, President of ULEAD, this highly interactive session explores where you are on the journey of self-awareness while unpacking resources and tools for immediate application in your role.

Two training sessions are available on June 19th only: Session One (8:30AM – 12:00PM) or Session Two (1:00PM - 4:30PM).
