CEO Retreat

  • Oakwood Resort 702 East Lake View Road Syracuse, IN, 46567 United States (map)

Foellinger Foundation invites executive directors and CEOs of grantee organizations to a two-day retreat at the Oakwood Resort located on Lake Wawasee. This experience will feature engaging workshops and learning opportunities, along with time to recharge and connect with peer leaders.

This year’s retreat will feature a new curriculum that will benefit both those who attended last year’s session and those who are attending the retreat for the first time.

This retreat is by invitation only, and RSVPs are required.

Why Attend?

This retreat offers an opportunity for you to step away from your fast-paced, urgent daily tasks and engage in self-reflection, connection, growth, and renewal. We hope this opportunity inspires you, equips you to sustain your leadership, and helps you recognize the significance and value of your contributions and well-being.

At Foellinger Foundation, we believe that strong leaders create strong communities. By investing in new inspiration, new tools, and new energy to sustain yourself in this work, you can better steward your organization for the benefit of Allen County residents.

Did you see last year’s recap? We asked three attendees to share their main takeaways and shared photos! Click here to read the blog post.
