Features and Amenities
-
We want you to have plenty of time to get ready for a successful meeting. When requesting a meeting space, please include any additional time you'll need to set up before your meeting and to clean up afterward. This helps ensure the room is available when you need it, as it may be in use until the start of your reserved time. If you have already submitted your reservation and did not include your setup or teardown time, please email us at reservations@foellinger.org, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
-
Yes, we have the following guidelines for decorating Foundation spaces. Please help us protect our building and ensure the office remains safe, accessible, and inviting for everyone.
Feel free to rearrange the tables and chairs to best suit your meeting. We just ask that you return them to their original setup before you leave.
Use only painter’s tape or approved removable adhesive products. Do not use nails, staples, tacks, duct tape, packing tape, or other adhesives that may damage walls, doors, furniture, or finishes.
No open flames, including candles. Battery-operated candles are welcome.
No glitter, confetti, or other loose decorative materials that are difficult to clean.
Do not hang decorations from ceilings, light fixtures, sprinkler heads, smoke detectors, HVAC vents, or emergency equipment.
Keep hallways, doorways, exits, fire extinguishers, AEDs, and accessibility routes clear at all times.
Decorations should be respectful, inclusive, and appropriate for a professional workplace.
Please remove decorations promptly after the celebration or event and leave the space as you found it.
If you're planning decorations in a shared space or have questions about what's appropriate, please call and check with the Workplace Experience Coordinator before decorating.

Our screens are set up with a wireless ClickShare presentation system or an HDMI cord supporting USB and USB-C display ports. Organizations must provide additional adapters to fit their equipment for all display needs. We recommend testing any technology needs before your meeting guests arrive.
If you plan to use ClickShare, we recommend downloading the ClickShare Desktop App before your arrival to minimize technology setup time before your meeting.Watch this video to learn more about how ClickShare works.
