Foellinger Foundation’s Board of Directors sets the strategic direction for the organization, governing through the lens of our donor intent and upholding the Foellinger family values of accountability, integrity, responsibility, and results.
We are pleased to share the following updates to our Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026.
Retiring Board Members
John Snider retired from the board after finishing his term. He served a combined total of seven years on the board and was active on various committees.

Matt Smith, Ph.D., retired from the board after accepting the role of CEO at St. Joseph Community Health Foundation. Congratulations, Matt!

In 2026, we are pleased to share that Judy Roy is Vice Chair and Secretary and Carrie Minnich is Treasurer.
New Board Member
We welcomed new board member Greta McKinney. Greta retired from Martin Luther King Montessori School as its Executive Director in January 2025 and works as a licensed therapist and co-owner of Tailoring Minds. She has served on Foellinger Foundation’s Leadership Committee since 2024 and will chair the committee in 2026.
