Welcome Tyler Sipe, Chief Financial Officer!
Foellinger Foundation is pleased to welcome Tyler Sipe as our Chief Financial Officer. In his role, Tyler will manage the Foundation's financial sustainability, overseeing all financial operations, including strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations and grant requirements.
Tyler received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Purdue Fort Wayne (formerly IPFW). He is also an alumnus of Leadership Fort Wayne, a nine-month community leadership development program run by Greater Fort Wayne Inc. With over 10 years of experience in financial accounting, strategic planning, project management, and team development, he is well-suited to his new role with the Foundation.
In his previous experience as CFO of Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana, Tyler led the organization through its recent sale, managing significant compliance and financial audits. He oversaw the organization’s investment portfolio and prepared PHP’s annual budget, among other responsibilities.

He serves on the PHP Foundation Board and chairs their Finance Committee, and he previously served on the PHP Foundation Grant Review Committee.
