Join us on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the Parkview Mirro Center for our 2026 Annual Meeting. This signature gathering—highlighting the concept of Legacy & Beyond—will bring together grantees, community partners, and local leaders to reflect on the Foundation’s work, share accomplishments, and honor individuals whose leadership strengthens Allen County.
A highlight of the event will be the recognition of this year’s Leadership Awards nominees and recipients. Established by Foellinger Foundation, these awards celebrate nonprofit board and staff members who champion opportunities for Allen County residents and exemplify the spirit of servant leadership.
Leadership Awards Presented:
Nonprofit Board Member Leadership Award
• Recipient’s nominating organization will receive a $25,000 unrestricted operating grant.
Nonprofit Executive Leadership Award
• Recipient’s nominating organization will receive a $5,000 professional development grant to support activities such as leadership training, executive coaching, certifications, or educational opportunities.
Nonprofit Staff Leadership Award
• Recipient’s nominating organization will receive a $3,000 professional development grant to support professional growth opportunities that enhance leadership effectiveness.
There will also be valuable networking opportunities with fellow grantees and community partners. Together, we will celebrate the steadfast work of organizations and individuals who embody the Foundation’s mission—spotlighting leaders who are making a difference today and laying the groundwork for tomorrow.
Lunch will be provided.
